dueproof
Find what your client agreements say you can bill — and aren't.
For US managed IT providers. We compare three of your client agreements with three months of your invoices and seat counts, and name every term you are not billing.

What the check finds
- Annual price increases your agreement allows that were never applied
- Seats or devices added but not billed
- Monthly minimums not charged
- Invoices after an agreement ended
- Months with no invoice at all
Every finding names the contract clause and the invoice behind it, and is classed as recoverable now, fixable going forward, or needs evidence first. The classes are never added into one headline number.
How it works
- You email three client agreements, three months of invoices, and your seat or device counts.
- We build a term sheet from your agreements — every price, minimum, increase and billing clause, with its clause number — and you approve it.
- You get a written report within five business days.
Price and refunds
$500 for one check: three agreements, three months.
- Full refund if the report finds nothing we can put a dollar figure on.
- Full refund if we miss the delivery date.
- If you report a material error within 14 days, we correct it within five business days or refund you in full.
You pay by link once we confirm your files are complete.
Your files
- Files arrive by email; there is no upload site. Ordinary email is not encrypted.
- Your agreements are read by AI tools under our account to build the term sheet, with your written consent, and a person checks every term sheet before a report goes out.
- Files are deleted within 30 days of delivery or cancellation.
What we don't promise
That any money will be recovered, or that you are legally entitled to bill any amount. The report compares your documents with your invoices; it is not legal or accounting advice. Check any finding against the cited clause before you bill a client. Everything is by email — no calls or meetings.
